This October, we're bringing our community together in Mexico City for a new kind of SACBE gathering — one designed to take us through an intimate journey of inspiration, culture, ritual and celebration.

SACBE RITUAL
An Evening in Four Acts

For this first edition, created in collaboration with México por el Clima, we will explore a theme that feels deeply connected to this moment of:
REGENERATION
What does it mean to regenerate our relationship with the Earth, with our communities, with one another and with ourselves?
Throughout one evening, we'll explore this question in different ways — moving from conversation to the table, from the table into ritual, and from ritual into collective celebration.

THE SALON is a conversation with voices exploring regeneration through land, food, culture, and ancestral knowledge — curated by México por el Clima.

Act II · 7–9 PM
THE TABLE
After the ideas, the earth sits down at the table. THE TABLE is a four-course dinner by Pablo + Baldío, rooted in Mexican culinary tradition and the story of the Xochimilco chinampas.
Baldío is the first and only restaurant in Mexico City with a MICHELIN Green Star — a zero-waste kitchen that works with the land, not against it.
From the chinampa to the table.
Seasonality, local ingredients, growers, biodiversity, regenerative systems. This dinner is not “the event’s food” — it is another chapter of Regeneration.
THE RITUAL
Act III · Theater & Transformation · 9–10 PM
The threshold arrives. THE RITUAL is an original participatory ritual theater experience, woven around Regeneration.
The guest stops witnessing and becomes part of it.
We will not explain how it works — the mystery is part of the act. The only thing we can say: you become part of the story.

AND THEN, WE DANCE
THE CELEBRATION is not an afterparty — it is the fourth act of the Ritual. Music, dance, and collective joy as forces of connection.
And finally, we dance. Music carries us from ritual into celebration, closing the evening in the way SACBE knows best: together.
