SACBE RITUAL is an evening in four acts — a new kind of gathering that unfolds through ideas, gastronomy, ritual theater, and collective celebration.
This first edition explores Regeneration.
It is not a conference, an afterparty, or a festival. It is a night told as one story: we begin by questioning, we reconnect with the land, we gather around the table, we enter the ritual, and finally, we dance.

THE SALON
We begin by thinking. THE SALON is a conversation with voices exploring regeneration through land, food, culture, and ancestral knowledge — in collaboration with México por el Clima.
What can ancestral knowledge teach us about building regenerative futures?
The chinampas of Xochimilco are not nostalgia: they are a living system that still has something to teach us. Regeneration is not only something we need to invent — there is also knowledge we need to remember, protect, and reimagine.

Act II · 7–9 PM
THE TABLE
After the ideas, the earth sits down at the table. THE TABLE is a four-course dinner by Pablo + Baldío, rooted in Mexican culinary tradition and the story of the Xochimilco chinampas.
From the chinampa to the table.
Seasonality, local ingredients, growers, biodiversity, regenerative systems. This dinner is not “the event’s food” — it is another chapter of Regeneration.
THE RITUAL
Act III · Theater & Transformation · 9–10 PM
The threshold arrives. THE RITUAL is an original participatory ritual theater experience, woven around Regeneration.
The guest stops witnessing and becomes part of it.
We will not explain how it works — the mystery is part of the act. The only thing we can say: you become part of the story.
